As a small family run business please allow up to 7 working days for posting. However we always endeavour to post as soon as possible and usually within 3 working days.

For UK post, we send parcels by Royal Mail Tracked. Items usually arrive within 1-2 working days. There may be delays during busy periods, such as Christmas, so if an item is needed for a particular date, please order in advance.

Delivery times for international post will vary dependent on the destination country and customs. We use DHL Express so delivery to most countries is 2-7 working days.

The Mermaid's Tail Ltd does not take responsibility for delays due to issues with Royal Mail or International postal services due to strikes, etc.

Yes - we can take installments for fabric tails and silicone attire.

We can split payments in half. The first payment must be taken prior to ordering materials or sending a tail to print, and the second prior to posting.

For tails with shape or colour adaptations where a £100 digital customisation deposit is paid, the remaining cost can be paid in halves. Again, the first half prior to printing, the second prior to posting.
